Charlie phones up work and says "Sorry boss I can't come in today, I'm ill and I ache all over"
The boss replies "You should do what I do, when I'm ill I ask my wife for a blow job and it makes me feel better"
Later that day Charlie turns up at work and says "I did what you said boss and I feel a lot better, oh by the way you've got a nice house" :D
