When I first heard of a game called Blur I instinctively had an imagining of it being a terrible SingStar spin-off based upon an alternative rock band. Picture my pleasant surprise then when I discovered it's actually an arcade racing game about speed, strategy and a dash of socialising. I finally had a hands-on play of Blur (the video game) at GamesCom, and you can find out what I actually made of it by reading on.
