You miss the point entirely. This chap is just 2 years late to the party. The concept seen in those photos is known as 'hatervision' pioneered (I believe) by the Pimp My Ride crew (season 6, Episode 5 - Spechelles Merc 300SD - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pimp_My_Ride)

Yep so people behind you can watch TV then crash into the back of you when there paying more attention to the TV's than the road.
TBH should be illegal to do that.
