Re: FAO Coke Zero / Diet drink lovers

Worth knowing that Sainsbury's do not put aspartame in any of their own brand low sugar / diet drinks (even the 18p basic lemonade) They use a natural sweetner in everything.

Re: FAO Coke Zero / Diet drink lovers

None of the info on this sweetener is well founded last time I checked. None of the info on that site is credible when you are peddling your own "Detox" programme.

Some people have adverse affects to it, that's about it. 1 can of coke is over 30% over your RDA of sugar. Nice.

Re: FAO Coke Zero / Diet drink lovers

It was all going well until:

Steps:

1. Remove all sugar-free products with aspartame from your diet.
2. Learn to 'read' your body. Begin recording any health changes.
3. Get a hair analysis.
4. Be happy with yourself.
5. Detoxify.
6. Restore depleted nutrients.
7. Exercise and get plenty of rest.
8. Eat 75% raw foods at every meal.
9. Drink water, water, water.
10. Get control of your life.

Utter bollox if you'll excuse the french.

Re: FAO Coke Zero / Diet drink lovers

so enjoy it in moderation. There are very few things that will seriously harm you if you have them in reasonable quantities.
